To Make Nutritional Meal Decisions

tsfl support

I’ve learned to practice these “P’s” in my weight-loss and my maintenance quest.

First is actually Persistence. I need to be persistent in adhering to our food plan. If I slip up or even make a poor choice, I get right back in there making good choices again.

The second is Patience. There are commonly weeks where my weight remained exactly the same and when I failed to see the progress I was working for. I’ve simply had to figure out how to have patience with my own total body as well as with my thought process when adjusting to this specific brand-new way of life. I can accomplish this, and it also improves if I am not so tough on my own self.

The third is Prayer. For me, I need the strength I receive from praying every day. I ask God to give me strength to make good choices and overcome temptations that may confront me. Then I put the effort in to stay away from temptations and to be prepared in my food options.

Anytime I’ve found myself battling to make positive options for my health and wellness, I realize that I often times have dropped short in one or even more of those 3 P’s. ~Margene Discover Weight Watchers Lose Weight.
